ProjMode | ||||||||
Data Type: Float (Optional)
Either a Float number (ie not an integer), or the variable can be omitted. If the value is a string, the function will attempt to convert it to a number, using the part of the string from the start to the first non-numeric character (ie not one of 0123456789+-*/^).
Values: 1 Accruals 2 Cash 3 Accruals including the last day (default: last day of period excluded) 4 Cash including the last day (default: last day of period excluded) Settlement Days [Optional] ProjMode=p.dd This only affects cash mode, but you can use it under all settings. If the amount is paid a number of days after the period ends, you can specify the Settlement Days. The default is that interest (in arrears) is paid on the first day of the period for the previous period, and for rent (in advance) its paid on the first day of the period. Settlement Days allows you to specify a gap between 0 and any number of days after the date it would otherwise be paid. You specify Settlement Days by adding a 2-digit decimal value to ProjMode. For example: 1 = default, no settlement days, as described above. 1.15 = 15 days delay on the payment (whether the payment is in advance (rent) or arrears (interest)).
