New support options: new forum and live chat.

The old Nabble forum was only ever a temporary option, and now I have built a new forum that is entirely home-grown. Of course, that means it may go wrong in the initial stages , but it also means that any problems or irritations are fixable - you just have to ask.

I am afraid that you do have to reregister - your old Nabble login won't work because I can't access the passwords at Nabble and you probably wouldn’t want me to. By the way, the new forum doesn't store raw passwords, so there are no security concerns with me able to access your password.

Whilst I was building the forum I had an idea that maybe we could have a chat feature where you could chat through the browser to a support representative, ie me. To my surprise Microsoft Messenger has this very feature that seems to work really well, so you can (maybe) get an answer to your poroblem within minutes.

At the moment all support for BF is entirely free, we will have to see if we can continue in this way, but that’s the way it is for now.
